Anchored Families Peer Support

Anchored Families is a compassionate, non-clinical service that connects families affected by mental illness or addiction with trained peers who have lived experience. This support is designed to offer a safe and understanding space where families can share their experiences, ask questions, and receive guidance from someone who has faced similar challenges. While not a form of therapy or clinical intervention, this service provides emotional support, practical advice, and a sense of connection, helping families feel less isolated and more empowered as they navigate their journey with mental health or addiction concerns. This support is free of charge.
