Hope for Mental Health is making the transition from Zoom to Microsoft Teams for facilitating our online groups. Zoom will be completely phased out by September 30th. You can download Microsoft Teams by using this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/microsoft-teams/free. You can also download this from the app store on IOS and Google Play store on Android. There is no purchase required. Thank you for participating in our programs.
