Hope for Mental Health is making the transition from Zoom to Microsoft Teams for facilitating our online groups. Zoom will be completely phased out by September 30th. You can download Microsoft Teams by using this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/microsoft-teams/free. Group Schedule
The Family Support Group meets on the second and fourth Monday of each month, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM on Microsoft Teams.

Wednesdays, 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM Starting April 16th ending June 25th.

Thursdays, 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM Starting April 17th ending June 26th.
Trauma and Depression
This session will take place weekly starting Tuesday April 15th ending May 20th. The meeting starts at 10:00 AM and runs to 11:30 AM
Saturday Sessions
This session will take place starting Saturday April 26th ending May 3rd. The meeting begins at 9:30 AM and runs to 3:30 PM.
